Idiot

So . . . I took the kids on a quick run to Publix and the bank today.

We had to wait quite a while in the drive-thru lane at the bank.

George was carrying on a conversation with anyone who would listen, which is his usual.  Ethan was laughing at George, which is his usual, and I was waiting impatiently to get the line to move.

I hear George loudly say, "Hey, what is taking this guy so long.  Move it, idiot."

Um . . . say what?

I kindly tell George that "idiot" is not a word we use.  It is not a nice thing to call someone.  Please don't ever say it again.

He proceeds to say, "But mom I hear Nona (my mom) say it all the time when she is driving."
